Daphne’s Historical archive – Turn Back the Pages – is a collection featuring photos, cuttings, newsletters, scrapbooks, newspapers, videos and general memorabilia. The focus is on Mangakino and the Dam construction, Marotiri, Mokai, Oruanui, Tihoi, Tirohanga, Whakamaru and Taupo. Daphne and Dave Cotton came from the South Island in March 1967 to a Land Development Farm. Daphne has collected books and information ever since.

- 25 Years Farming Marotiri Reunion 1992
- 50 Year Mangakino and District 1998
- NZ Large Herds Dairy Conference Taupo 2001
Turn Back the Pages opened 22 August 2001 . It is Daphne’s pleasure to share her hobby with others who want to find out about the area, do research or just enjoy and remember.

- 1st & 2nd Tuesdays of the month: 1pm – 5pm
- 3rd & 4th Sundays of the month: 1pm – 5pm
